Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To request a return, contact us at contact@reflexmobility.com with proof of purchase. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Some items are non-returnable, including personal care products and final sale items.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
