Shipping Policy

At Reflex Mobility, all orders ship from U.S.-based warehouses and are delivered within the United States only. This allows for faster delivery, reliable tracking, and consistent service.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times
Delivery times vary by product and location. Estimated delivery windows may be shown on product pages. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $200. Shipping rates for orders under $200 are calculated at checkout. Some products may include free shipping, as noted on the product page.

Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times. Multiple tracking numbers may be provided.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control once the order has been shipped.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
