Because Rehasense rollators are premium mobility devices, returns are handled carefully to ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product:

• Has only been tested indoors
• Is returned in original condition and packaging
• Includes all original components and accessories

💲 Restocking fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging.
