Once reviewed, we’ll arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Hygiene & Personal-Use Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used.

- Toilet and toileting products, including raised toilet seats, toilet-seat cushions, and bedside commodes
- Bathing and body-care products that come into direct contact with the skin, including bath brushes, loofahs, shower scrubbers, and lotion applicators
- Personal grooming products, including nail clippers and other nail-care tools
- Any other product specifically marked Final Sale or non-returnable on the product page
We are also unable to accept returns for items that have been improperly installed, modified, misused, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging where required.
