Returns on Eligible Items

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in like-new condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Some mobility products may be briefly tested indoors on a clean, dry surface unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Hygiene & Personal-Use Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used.

This includes:

• Toilet and toileting products, including raised toilet seats, toilet-seat cushions, and bedside commodes
• Bathing and body-care products that come into direct contact with the skin, including bath brushes, loofahs, shower scrubbers, and lotion applicators
• Personal grooming products, including nail clippers and other nail-care tools
• Any other product specifically marked Final Sale or non-returnable on the product page

We are also unable to accept returns for items that have been improperly installed, modified, misused, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging where required.

If a hygiene or final-sale item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. These issues are still covered.
