For the best fit, cane height matters. When standing upright in your usual shoes with your arm relaxed at your side, the top of the handle should generally sit around the wrist crease, allowing a slight bend at the elbow when holding the cane.

This cane is designed to assist with balance and stability, not to provide full body-weight support. If you need substantial weight-bearing assistance, have frequent falls, or are unsure whether a cane is the right mobility aid, a physical or occupational therapy assessment can help determine the safest option.

Return window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product:

• Has only been tested indoors
• Is returned in original condition and packaging

Restocking fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as required by Rollz Motion.

How to initiate a return
All return requests must be initiated through Reflex Mobility. Please contact us before sending any items back so we can provide next steps and guidance. In some cases, return shipping labels may be provided.

Non-returnable situations
Returns may be declined if the product shows signs of outdoor use, damage, improper packaging, or is returned outside the 14-day window.
