The Rollz Motion Rhythm is designed for individuals who can walk with support but experience freezing of gait, disrupted rhythm, or difficulty initiating steps.

It’s especially well suited for people who:

• Live with Parkinson’s disease or other neurological conditions affecting gait
• Experience freezing, hesitation, or shuffling when starting to walk
• Benefit from external cueing to trigger movement
• Want to maintain a consistent walking rhythm

This is a walk-first mobility solution with built-in cueing to support safer, more confident walking.

The Rollz Motion Rhythm is most helpful during moments when gait becomes unpredictable.

It’s particularly helpful for:

• Starting to walk after standing
• Navigating doorways, turns, or narrow spaces
• Walking under time pressure or stress
• Managing fatigue-related changes in coordination

The combination of laser, sound, and vibration cues can help reduce hesitation and support smoother, more confident walking.

This product may not be appropriate for individuals who are unable to safely manage braking, steering, or cue activation, or who require full-time postural or seated support.

Your Rollz product is securely packaged in an official Rollz box and delivered via UPS to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Orders ship from a Rollz warehouse in Carson, California.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Some order processing currently takes place internationally, which may occasionally add a short delay before shipment.

Estimated delivery timeframes (once shipped)

• West Coast: approximately 3–5 business days
• Midwest: approximately 3–5 business days
• East Coast: approximately 7–8 business days
• Alaska & Hawaii: delivery times may be longer due to distance and carrier routing

💲 Shipping Costs

Continental United States (Lower 48)

• Orders over $200 ship at no additional delivery cost
• Orders under $200 incur a flat $25 shipping fee
  

Alaska & Hawaii

Due to carrier surcharges and delivery logistics, the following rates apply:

• Orders under $400: $100 shipping
• Orders $400 and over: $250 shipping
  

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order value and are clearly shown at checkout.

📦 Tracking & Delivery

As soon as your order ships, you will receive automatic tracking information from UPS, allowing you to follow your delivery and view estimated arrival times.

Large or specialty mobility items may ship in their own packaging to ensure safe transport.

Because Rollz Motion products are premium mobility devices, returns are handled carefully to ensure safety and product integrity.

Return window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product:

• Has only been tested indoors
• Is returned in original condition and packaging

Restocking fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as required by Rollz Motion.

How to initiate a return
All return requests must be initiated through Reflex Mobility. Please contact us before sending any items back so we can provide next steps and guidance. In some cases, return shipping labels may be provided.

Non-returnable situations
Returns may be declined if the product shows signs of outdoor use, damage, improper packaging, or is returned outside the 14-day window.
