Most in-stock accessories ship within 2-5 business days, although processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your location.

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $200 USD or more. For orders under $200, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Returns & Refunds

14-Day Returns

Eligible byACRE accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in resellable condition
• Include all original packaging, labels, accessories, and components
• Show no signs of wear, damage, modification, or misuse

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
