Choose Your Size
The Carbon Ultralight is available in three sizes. Consider the handle-height range, seat height, seat width, and total frame width when choosing your size.

The handles should sit approximately level with your wrists when standing naturally with your arms relaxed at your sides. Measure while wearing the shoes you normally use with your rollator.

Your hips should be slightly narrower than the seat, with enough additional room for comfortable sitting and bulkier clothing.

Choosing Between Sizes
Many shoppers prefer the Wide size for the additional room while seated. When deciding between two sizes, the wider option is often more comfortable, especially when wearing a winter coat or bulkier clothing.

Choose the narrower model when fitting through tight doorways, navigating smaller indoor spaces, or minimizing the open width of the rollator is the greater priority.

Because the seat height is fixed, compare it with a chair that you can comfortably sit on and stand up from before selecting your size.

User Manual

Free U.S. shipping is included with all byACRE rollators.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipment. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent using the email address and phone number provided at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination, and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier may arrange redelivery or direct the shipment to a nearby pickup location. Please ensure your contact and delivery information is accurate to avoid delays or returned packages.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Any shipping damage must be reported to contact@reflexmobility.com within five business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of both the product and its packaging so we can assist with the shipping claim.

Warranty

byACRE rollators include a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and material faults. Eligible products may also be registered directly with byACRE for a limited lifetime warranty on selected components, subject to byACRE’s registration requirements and warranty terms.

For warranty assistance, contact contact@reflexmobility.com with your order number, product serial number, photographs, and a description of the issue.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in perfect resale condition. All original packaging, accessories, manuals, parts, and protective materials must be included.

Before returning an item, please contact contact@reflexmobility.com with your order number and reason for the return. Do not ship the product back without receiving return instructions and authorization from our team.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or an incorrect item was delivered. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Reflex Mobility cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund. Products showing signs of use, damage, missing parts, missing packaging, or reduced resale value may be refused or subject to a deduction from the refund. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Products damaged during shipping must be reported within five business days of delivery and should not be submitted as a standard return. Warranty claims for manufacturing defects are handled separately under the warranty policy above.
