Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $200 USD or more. For orders under $200, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Returns & Refunds

14-Day Returns

Eligible byACRE accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in resellable condition
• Include all original packaging, labels, accessories, and components
• Show no signs of wear, damage, modification, or misuse

Please contact Reflex Mobility before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

• Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or modification
• Items that are not returned in resellable condition
• Products returned without required original packaging, labels, or components
• Custom or modified products
• Clearance or final-sale items
